Testimonials
Sue acted as a sensitive mediator and helped my family to put aside our different opinions and focus on what’s best for each of our parents.
Sue’s knowledge and expertise in Elder Care is so extensive and helpful in this process.
It’s so nice to know that I can be across the country, but have an advocate and navigator for my Mom’s care and well-being, as it provides reassurance in long-distance caregiving.
You’ve been wonderful in helping us through this difficult time.
We counted on Sue as an amazing guide and resource in this stressful time.
Sue presented us with the options for in-home care or assisted living in an objective and neutral manner without selling to us or accepting fees from facilities.
The consultation and coaching that Sue provided us in the process of assisting our Dad was invaluable.
She knew just the right approach to take with my Mom to help her be a part of the decision and feel good about needing help in her home.
I wish I would have known about Geriatric Care Management sooner, as it has been a god-send for me and my parents.
I finally feel like I have an advocate for me and my best interests.
I felt such a sense of relief and hope after our first meeting.
Sue’s knowledge and expertise in Alzheimer’s and dementia is reassuring.
Our family was going through a nightmare of surgeries, nursing home stays and rehab for my mother after three knee replacement attempts and a staph infection. Dad was being burdened by the cost for my Mom’s care at a skilled nursing facility that quickly depleted their savings. Sue was extremely helpful in assisting us with the labyrinth that is the government elder care services in applying for Medical Assistance. She met with us frequently at our convenience and also kept me updated through emails or phone calls. Sue put us in touch with the proper people and still keeps in touch with us to inquire about Mom’s condition. I would highly recommend Sue Coyle and Coyle Care Management and Consulting to anyone who is in need of help with elder care management. She is professional, as well as compassionate and we were very pleased with her work.
Sue was incredibly helpful and comforting with our recent loss of a parent. We needed very specialized counseling, coaching and guidance in navigating a difficult situation with a difficult older person. During the course of her terminal illness, our mother had isolated herself and created a situation where we were unable to gather basic information or plan for her end of life. Sue was able to provide us with the necessary information, network with the out of state providers and engage local services where appropriate, resulting in a conclusion as good as circumstances would allow. We were wholly ignorant of protocols and hospice practices, but Coyle Care Management walked us through these hiring processes, proper medical care, medication and pain management. We were wholly satisfied with the assistance and would absolutely employ the service again should the need arise. I think that it was the constant contact and willingness to walk us through many possible scenarios that allowed my wife and I ultimately to have the difficult conversations with our mother that lead to a more peaceful end of life than we otherwise would have experienced with her.
